Bride & Groom Wedding Family History Package

If you’re looking for a very special wedding or anniversary gift for someone in your life, our Bride & Groom Wedding package could be just what you need! This package is an incredible way to start a family tree for a new couple or family, and it’s created and packaged especially for gifting.

To create a Wedding Package, we research the bride and groom’s ancestors back as far as 7 generations (if possible), and then package up our research into a beautiful linen finish binder stored inside a soft grey keepsake box engraved with the family name of the couple. We include a special edition circle wall chart in a choice of colors, suitable for framing, and make the entire experience as wonderful as we possibly can.

If you prefer to pay for your package purchase over 3 payments, reach out through the Contact page to let us know which package you would like to purchase, and we’ll send you a custom invoice to charge your card 40% today, 30% in 30 days and 30% in 60 days. This lovely package makes a great gift for anniversaries as well, and we're happy to work with you to make the gift a surprise if you have the needed information for us to start the research. We also work with you on delivery dates so you can incorporate this heirloom gift into the event celebration - just get in touch and we'll be happy to help!

You can order the Wedding Package before the wedding for delivery during the wedding celebration, or we can provide a lovely framed gift certificate in a gift box that can be delivered at the wedding, and then we can do the research with the cooperation of the couple during the first few months of marriage.

All of our packages include deep-dive research by professional ancestry researchers, along with custom analysis of your family history and relations, all based on documented evidence.

Our Bride & Groom Wedding Package includes:

  • Five to seven generations of both sides of the couple identified and researched (depending on time required to research)
  • Estimated 50 hours of work (Project hours are approximate and include time allocated to research, research support, and client support. Due to the variable nature of genealogical research, Tree & Root Total Genealogy cannot predict or guarantee results of research.)
  •  An online custom Client Dashboard to oversee your account
  • Regular updates through your Client Dashboard as we progress through your project
  • Access to client support through your Client Dashboard, with response times within 24 hours
  • A comprehensive Family Tree Report with details of all of our findings, along with copies of any pertinent documentation (birth certificates, census findings, death certificates, wedding licenses, etc)
  • An elegant Linen Finish Binder and custom Keepsake Box in which to store your Family Tree Report and Documentation
  • A 24in x 36in custom Circle Chart in your chosen palette (we have a number of color palettes or can create a custom palette for you), suitable for framing
  • Free Shipping of your materials to your home or office address

Our Bride & Groom Wedding or Anniversary package projects are typically completed within 12 - 24 weeks. If you'd like to deliver the finished package at the wedding or anniversary celebration, please allow as much time as possible ahead of the event - we can only guarantee delivery on time if we have enough lead time.

If you would like additional features, or if you would like us to research your recipients' tree as far back and as widely as possible, we strongly recommend that you request a custom package, so we can craft the best possible fit for your goals. Refunds & Expirations

***Refunds and credit transfers are not permitted on any of our packages once we have begun work, as our time is reserved for you and cannot be double booked. In the event that you have purchased a Research Block and have time remaining when we have completed your designated goal, you are welcome to either expand your search parameters to use the remaining time, or keep the remaining time credit on your account for future use.

***Your Research Block time credit does not expire, so rest assured you may use it at any time.

***Packages and Research Blocks are non-transferable once work has started on a project. If we are unable to find traces of ancestors designated for research, we may recommend modifying the goals you have set for a package, at no additional charge. Any time an additional charge may be incurred due to the scope of a project, we will discuss the specifics with you for approval before moving forward.

***Custom Circle Charts are non-refundable. If you would like to purchase one as a gift and have it shipped directly to the recipient, we will include a card from you with a gift message of your choosing in the package. Once you have purchased the Chart online,  we’ll email you a link to a form  to complete with your generational information and the lineage option you’re interested in. You are always welcome to give us a call with any questions or special instructions.

***Bespoke Journals and Keepsake Boxes are refundable for 30 days from the commencement of our research work, or until the work on the Journal or Keepsake Box has begun, whichever date is earlier. Once we have begun research, layout and printing of the history and documentation we discover will begin as well, so we are unable to make changes to the final report delivery options.

We work very hard to make sure you are satisfied with both the work we do for you and your experience in dealing with us, and we take our commitment to your project very seriously. However, due to the nature of historical documentation and the possible lack of archival materials, we do not, under any circumstance, guarantee results other than to report everything we are able to find to you during the course of the project. By purchasing any of our packages, custom projects or add-on products, you agree to hold us harmless for the results of our research as well as in the event that some parts of your family history may not be recoverable. Shipping and Delivery

We’re delighted to provide free shipping of your completed ancestry reports, along with any add-ons you’ve purchased, to anywhere in the US or Western Europe. We’ll contact you with shipping costs before beginning your project if you are located anywhere else in the world.

Shipping for the Custom Circle Charts is also free unless you’ve asked us to ship the piece in a frame. We’ll contact you with the shipping cost for the piece with the frame if you prefer to have it framed by us.

Delivery for all Package reports, custom Journals and Keepsake boxes will take place when the project is completed and paid in full. Delivery for the Circle Charts typically takes 5 – 10 business days from the day we receive your completed generations to include in the chart.

All products must be paid in full before we are able to ship any completed work out.
